Harold Keller, the self-proclaimed "Ice Cream Doctor" and "Culinary Psychiatrist," is a New York City native who took over the Rose Brand Corporation over 60 years ago from his father, Irving Keller. Irving Keller started the company as a chocolate syrup business in 1926.

Harold's vision has made the Rose Brand Corporation what it is today - a leading supplier of top-shelf ice cream toppings, flavorings and syrups and in-room amenities and snacks - and a trusted partner to leading hotels, restaurants, and casinos throughout the US and Caribbean.
